L.A. Colors Palette Review Series+Glam Palette Pink Primadonna Makeup Look

L.A. Colors haul
I picked these palettes up at my local dollar general store and they looked so pretty and were so affordable i decided to do a beauty series in which i will do a review and makeup look on each of these beauties.

The first palette for review is this beautiful one called the glam palette. It has 18 shades 7 matte and the other 11 are shimmer. I paid only $1.50 for this palette and unfortunately was a fail. The colors are so stunningly beautiful but the pigment in many where not there whatsoever and most were chalky, however the shimmers that are pigmented in the palette were gorgeous. If your a beginner trying to build a collection and  are okay with that then i would say get it for a $1.50 because why not ? right

On my lips i just have wet n wild - do i make you blush which is my favorite go to pink liquid lipstick right now

Beauty Treats Smoky Palette Review

So I went to my local beauty store the other day and randomly came across this palette. It had beautiful smoky shades and only cost $5 so i decided to give it a try. Since my blog is about all things  affordable and it's fall i figured it was a perfect time and product to review.
First impression: This palette has 12 shades- 6 matte and 6 shimmer
The colors are very pretty and the buttery not chalky feeling at all

Swatches right to left top row to bottom row
This photo is taken in bright natural light and as you can see most of the shades are patchy and not very pigmented.

These swatches were taken in more dim light and you can see some of the shades mainly the shimmer ones are pretty and not as patchy as the matte ones

I created this look to show you this palette in action. The shades don't look very pigmented however they do apply better with a brush than using your fingers, however the shadows blending away very easily even building the color didn't work as soon as you try to blend it out they disappeared.
Overall: This palette is a good price and option for a beginner looking to play around with color and practice or someone who doesn't wear much makeup daily. It can be a good everyday palette so you don't waste more pricey shadows but honestly a true makeup lover or collector would hate this palette.

That's my review of the beauty treats smoky palette stay tuned for more beauty reviews in the future thanks for stopping by  and as always stay a sexy biatch
